FREIGHT
Our pricing includes GST & freight.
We endeavor to use the most efficient and reliable means of shipping (generally Fastway Couriers & Australia Post).Our obligation to deliver is discharged on arrival of goods at the Buyer’s nominated delivery location. If the Buyer has not nominated it’s delivery location for a specific transaction Then delivery will be sufficient if it is to the Buyer’s delivery address specified on the invoice.
Local Pick Up is available.
DISPATCH
On receipt of your payment to our account, we offer efficient same day (or soonest) dispatch, and email you with consignment details relating to your purchase.
WARRANTY
As per Australian Plumbing Codes, All Filter systems must be installed by a qualified plumber. The consumer
is responsible for keeping proof of installation in the form of an invoice and/or receipt.
TRANSIT WARRANTY.
Order’s must be inspected within 24 hour’s of delivery and an email sent to Saferwater, Outlining the damage’s
including photo’s of the product, Packaging & Con- note. Courier’s will no longer accept warranty claims that have no proof of inspection within the first 24hrs of delivery. If Saferwater is not notified within 1 Business day, Transit warranty may be void and Saferwater will not take responsibility.
RETURN’S POLICY.
Due to the nature of the product’s we sell, A strict return policy is in place. We work with food grade certified materials that must be un-opened and in un-used condition as to be able to be re-sold.
You may receive a refund or credit of equal amount less postage and a restocking fee.
Return shipping is to be payed by the Buyer to the address provided. It is recommended that the Customer
applies transit warranty to the return freight in case of damage.
Should the item appear faulty or doesn’t work how described, the unit/item must be returned for testing ( if requested ). The return postage is to be paid by the Buyer, If the unit/item is deemed to be faulty, Compensation
will be provided for the postage cost ( proof of cost required ). If the unit/item is deemed to be in working order
and as described, The Buyer will be responsible for return postage.
All returns will incur a 17.5% restocking fee.
